RETURNS

We hope that up are delighted with your goods from Belenos Therapy. However if not, you may cancel or return the goods in its original condition for a full refund.
To do so you must inform us  within 30 days from time of purchase or 30 days from receipt of the items by email or in writing.
If you return items for reasons other than damaged,faulty goods or incorrect delivery, you will be required to pay for the return of the item to us.
Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.
 
*GOODS WHICH ARE CUSTOM MADE, PERSONALISED OR HAS BEEN OR PRODUCED SPECIFICALLY TO YOUR REQUIREMENTS FOR WHOLESALE PURPOSE CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED UNLESS FAULTY - THEREFORE WE STRONGLY ADVISE YOU ORDER A SAMPLE FIRST FOR ALL MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS. 
 
FAULTY & DAMAGED GOODS
 
If you are returning the goods due to damages, incomplete or incorrect orders we will refund you both the price you paid for your goods and the costs for their return postage. Once your order has been cancelled or returned goods have been received we will Refund you within 30 days or arrange for new goods to be sent

 

All orders from Belenos Skin Botanique are shipped from the United Kingdom. You may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery depending on your location. 

Overseas Shipping

Please be aware that Belenos Skin Botanique does not have any control over any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. If you refuse to pay the Customs fee and the parcel is returned back to us,we will contact you regarding a re-shipment or refund. If you opt for the refund, a shipping and handling fee could potentially be deducted from your refund.  Customs may also choose to dispose of your package instead of returning it to us. In this instance, we will not be liable to re-ship the product back to you or offer a refund.

If you are unsure about whether you are subject to Customs and Duties fees, we would best advise contacting your local Customs office for more clarity and information.
